1) Principles of handling personal data

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time our website is accessed, usage data is transmitted by the respective Internet browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files, such as IP address, cookies, date and time of access, name of the page accessed, amount of data transmitted and the requesting provider. Within the scope of contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), personal data is collected. Which data is collected in the case of a contact form, is apparent from the respective contact form. These data are stored and used exclusively for the answer of your request and/or for the establishment of contact and the technical and/or commercial administration connected with it. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request, if you so wish and if there are no legal obligations to retain the data.

In addition, personal data is collected when you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter. This data is used by us for our own advertising purposes in the form of our e-mail newsletter, provided that you have expressly consented to this as follows:

If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you agree to the owner of the e-mail address provided and to receive the newsletter.

We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to ensure that the newsletter is sent out in an agreed manner. In the course of this, the potential recipient can be included in a distribution list. The user then receives a confirmation e-mail to confirm the registration in a legally secure manner. The address is only actively included in the distribution list if confirmation is received.

2) Passing on of personal data for order processing

2.1 The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the distribution and logistics partner company within the framework of contract processing. This also includes the email address so that the shipping partner can send the shipping confirmation directly to the customer if necessary. We pass on your payment data to our payment service provider "Stripe" or to the commissioned credit institution within the framework of the processing of payments.

2.3 If you choose a payment method from payment service provider Stripe, the payment will be processed by payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Block 4, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Ireland, to whom we will forward the information you provide in the course of the order process together with information about your order (name, address, account number, sort code, credit card number if applicable, invoice amount, currency and transaction number). 7) Newsletter

MailChimp
This website uses the services of MailChimp for sending newsletters. The provider is Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
MailChimp is a service with which the sending of newsletters can be organized and analyzed. If you enter data for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter (e.g. e-mail address), these will be stored on the servers of MailChimp in the USA.

With the help of MailChimp we can analyze our newsletter campaigns. When you open an e-mail sent with MailChimp, a file contained in the e-mail (so-called web beacon) connects to the servers of MailChimp in the USA. In this way it can be determined whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked. Technical information is also recorded (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. 8) Plugins and Tools

Adobe Typekit Web Fonts
